When I think of civil war I think of genocide. Our civil war was a long time ago, and modern civil wars have a different quality to them, imo.

The Lebanese civil war was VERY like Iraq. Ronnie Raygun had the good sense to cut and run from that one. en.wikipedia.org en.wikipedia.org Iraq meets all the definitions of a civil war.
