"Once again you get it precisely backwards." Sure, Tim. I know what I have seen in the aftermath of several hurricanes. John told you what his company did. Yet you seem to be claiming that these things didn't happen. You produce one post about one person who is clearly writing with a biased viewpoint. It is at such odds with what I have seen that I am dubious he actually witnessed those events. I have never heard of a city with resources refusing to supply them to a neighboring city in need. I suppose it could happen, but it is hard to believe.
