Yes, there is the vehicle of impeachment, which is meant to be used in situations such as this when the guy sitting in the President's chair takes the nation to war based on a pack of lies, and not when the guy has an extramarital affair. But I think the Democrats would rather have the Dumbyass in office so that he can be a millstone around the Republicans' neck. So any push for impeachment has to come from the ground up, i.e. from the people, and from the Republicans. Not from the Democrats, who would prefer to have the incompetent Dumbyass in office purely for political reasons.
