Ray; The major oil companies have taken advantage of the market, and the consumers, on all fronts, apparently. They don't deserve such massive breaks. Some degree of compromise would seem fair,phased in so as to not create big swingsin fuel costs and adversely affect the economy. Some help for the deficit by increasing their taxation, would seem to be essential.
