Now they heat with gas, but pollution is terrible since the city has many more cars. Many 60 vintage cars in the road. The Paykan only stopped being made 2005. And thereare hundreds of thousands of them on the streets. Most other cars are old models of the west. The Peugeot is 70's vintage. Perhaps 90% of then are at least 10-15 years old. Old models, poor maintenance is the main cause of pollution. Note that 1 10 year old modern car is not a polluter in the west. Here is.
