You do know that baseball is specifically exempted from anti-trust?

But the other sports aren't.

But anti-trust law doesn't make being a monopoly illegal, just certain forms of anti-competitive behavior by a monopoly.

I didn't know for fact but I suspected it was.......I mean it operates as a monopoly in fact and has some of the abuses found in monopolies.
