LC - Thanks for digging that information out of the quarterlies!

Looks like a lot of low priced paper hanging around out there! Now I'll defer to those with loner observation period in the market, do stock prices tend to gravitate toward the "strike" price of warrants. I guess it seems logical that down to the point where the stock price equals the warrant price there will be some economic advantage and thus incentive to exercise the warrants and sell the stock. [does anyone that plays this game factor in transaction costs, or are they so miniscule as to not be a big factor?]

>>>What a pain Adobe Acrobat is sometimes. I had to cut and paste the data into a spreadsheet then do a bunch of manipulation, then cut and paste that into this post and do some more manipulation.<<<

I hear you man! But whatever you did it came out looking great!

[Someone once suggested pasting text into WordPad? NotePad? and then into the html window? I think I tried it once with text, not sure how it would work with a SS however. Maybe someone reading this will take pity on us and point us in the right direction?!]

Thanks again!

H3

Thanks LC, saves this casual looky-lou a trip to the sedars ... tables have never been easy in SI, it's a wonderful system in so many other ways, but not that ... one trick to reading a table here that looks skewed, is hit the reply button and then look at it under the typing window - it looks all straight under here now

Talking to John yesterday, i decided to put Century back on quotes and consider re-entry ... doesn't look like there's much hurry, those warrants will be exerting some degree of pull, the larger thing is a general malaise from all the disappointments imho ... if i hadn't bailed a couple of months ago, i wouldn't sell now, there should eventually come a recovery ... performance will have to match the promises though, to get there, and sticking to the core knitting would help that imho

Hey Lone Clone, Thanks for helping clarify John McL's heads up about the upcoming warrants. As H3 points out, it's pretty obvious what +5 million warrants exercisable at .44 cents will do to the stock in Mar'07.

I did enjoy the fast path connection that John McL posted which provided a detailed review of MK's spin of CMM.
The concerns about the assumed stripping costs, & the forward looking estimated expenditures in general are no doubt a concern. Having said that, do you or others know if the gold sales are sold forward? Plse tell me they're not locked into a sold forward position below $600.

Sleep tight,
Nug
