According to the libertarians, they deserve self determination.

Which they have more of now than under Saddam.

But libertarianism is more about freedom.

A libertarian could (like a non-libertarian) think Iraq isn't going to work out well and so be against it. Or they could be against it because of the fact that wars tend to increase the size of and control exerted by governments. Apparently a majority of libertarians are against the war, and that opinion is certainly not inconsistent with libertarianism. But being for the war isn't either.
