So sorry to hear you did not get to see her/sister. Medical procedures can be time consuming and her sister probably thought it not best to be around her if she thought she might be contagious with a cold or the flu and not feeling well. Set backs like that can affect treatments which it sounds like she surely needs. Think I will say a prayer for her/them as sometimes prayers work in mysterious ways and I think they are in need of one. Hopefully you will be able to see them both this weekend and have a nice visit. Hope the weather there is pleasant for your visit. Sounds like you could use a little lift of spirit also.
