'A Gaia-send' "[F]or quite a few people, environmentalism has become a matter of not just ideology but quasi-religious zealotry. If, in fact, environmentalists are zealots, its for good reasons. The earth is our home. Just as people are fastidious about the cleanliness of their houses, those same people are concerned with the quality of the earth and its ecosystems. For the life of me, I will never understand why it is not important to you and your cohort.
