I'm guessing that the ex-partner dropped the Siga legal issues.

It’s almost as if someone has a vendetta against shorts on SIGA. They lull them into a 7-10 day lowering period and then smack them out of nowhere. Glad to be long. Must be very uncomfortable to be short.

Hope there is follow up news on Monday to this volume surge.

Very telling langauge in SIGA release.

"SIGA may terminate the CFO Employment Agreement with or without cause (as such term is defined in the CFO Employment agreement), provided that upon any termination by SIGA without cause (including, without limitation, termination without cause upon a CHANGE IN CONTROL, as such term is defined in the CFO Employment Agreement"

Change in control? Interesting.
