Me too. I love good Corned Beef hash with a fried egg or two on top. Great breakfast!

Where we go for breakfast after church, I get one pancake with 3 strips of bacon, crisp. The pancake is the size of the plate, which prolly makes it the equivalent of about 3 "normal" cakes. I eat about half and one of the ladies at the table eats the other half. I leave filled to the brim.

I like the way I cook bacon too! We do have a place that we go for breakfast from time to time that cooks it the exact same way I do.
