I think it should be: "People should be asked if they are Moslem. If they answer yes, they should be asked if they intend to obey the laws of the United States (or New Zealand, whatever place they are legally in). If the answer is yes, let them go and watch your back until such time as they prove they lied. Then, have at 'em, Mq."
