In fact the Bush twins have been doing charity work in SA and Africa.

LOL I didn't know that running around naked in hotel hallways constituted "charity work". Maybe it is! ;-)

I wonder why they are not doing "charity work" in Iraq, the paradise-on-earth created by their dolt of a father. Maybe they should teach (assuming they are literate!) in one of the shiny new schools that their dear daddy Dumbyasshole allegedly help construct in Iraq...
