The company will now issue up to nine million units under the brokered private placement led by Pacific International Securities Inc. and including Research Capital Corp. as agents, and up to two million units under the non-brokered private placement, at a price of 75 cents per unit. The gross proceeds of the offerings will now be for up to $8.25-million. All other terms of the offerings remain as per the Jan. 10, 2007, news release in Stockwatch.
