I'm all for that Bill. (fair use doctrine) You right wingnuts OWN all the AM radio staions through ClearChannel Communications. Fair use wouldn't shut down Rush and Hannity, it would just force ClearChannel to BALANCE their views with opposing views - as it should be. Look on the bright side, all the "liberal" MSM would ALSO be forced to balance! In theory, it AMERICANS that "own" the EM spectrum here, not this company or that. Note that McCain ALSO has some anti-free speech legislation pending, the WH would ALSO like to restrict the internet, so, it's hardly a "liberal" problem, but a bipartisan one.
