Love that joke..lol! This actually happened during a bench trial in which I was involved. Opposing counsel was representing himself and cross examining one of my witnesses. He was addressing a conversation he had with the witness concerning why he had decided to visit a certain Asian country at a particular time that was germane to the issues. He was looking for the witness to say that he took the trip due to the need for a vacation. The answer he got, however, was: You told me you were going there to get laid. I don't think I've ever had a more difficult time maintaining a poker face in the courtroom....lol
