We can go there after the majority of birth control abortions are stopped.

Using an exception to defend abortion on demand fails.

Unless you think the majority of 1500000 abortions a year are due to rape, incest, birth defects...

There are no exceptions. Would you kill a child that was born out of incest? I hope not. Would you kill a child who was born from a rape. Certainly not. Would you kill a 2 year old child with Down's syndrome or sickle cell anenemia, or .... They were a child at conception. It's all murder; it's all premeditated infanticide.

Using an exception to defend abortion on demand fails.

I was not defending abortion on demand- but I will defend a woman's right to have reasonable options and I don't consider those situations "exceptions". They are vital parts of the debate (particularly as you are framing it). I also believe that women in the first trimester should be able to decide if they are in a position where they can take full, willing responsibility for another life. If your idea is that all abortion is wrong, no exceptions, then I would probably nod, smile politely, and walk away, since for me, that would appear to be an extremist view which in the past has been impervious to discussion- especially if it is religiously based.

I was inquiring whether you were comfortable with your position of absolutely no abortions for any reason because you consider them to be an act of murder. And if not, how you would justify allowing any abortion since to do so would seemingly violate your moral code.
