In the past two elections, actual redwoods have been nominated by the Dems. So being a bit "wooden" wouldn't seem to be a problem for Hilary in the primaries.

Now that's really good. So Clinton is a shoo in now.

On to the general elections.

I'm trying to think of a similar way to characterize the last two Rep nominees--Bush and Dole. Nothing leaps to mind.

Any thoughts?
