I would not use SunRocket because they don't have a network down forward number. I chose Viatalk, the VOIP service for nerds, because I liked the idea of becoming my own phone company. Viatalk will actually give you the admin password for your ATA (analog telephone adapter) and you can then do all sorts of fun things, like changing your outgoing caller ID text. They have other cool features too that I've never seen at any VOIP provider (e.g., custom call routing based on caller ID to allow you to always send telemarketers to voicemail or to the blacklist).
