Anyone? Microsoft got demonized when it's monopoly position was just too apparent and it's competitors went after it with the Pols. Looks like Google is being very smart by renting/leasing bandwidth rather than buying it. This keeps their visibility down. It will be interesting to see if Yahoo takes the advice you posted and partners with Google. Personally, I don't Yahoo except to check their "Lindy" Videos against the Utube ones that interest me.
