"The new Company will trade on the TSX exchange and have
an advanced gold property located in Canada as well as
a precious metal exploration company in Peru."

Hmmm, that certainly looks like Colina Dorado in Peru, plus Carolin in Canada. Maybe they used the term "precious metals" to refer to the Peruvian company because that company will also be looking to acquire more properties.

But who knows with what I am gradually coming to regard as this bunch of clowns.

John, thanks for the reply, that job posting sure leaves one to wonder doesn't it? I remember something in one of the CCs and one PR (?) where CMM had talked about spinning off the AK & NWT properties to a subsidiary company, so that exploration could continue. But that job posting sure sounds like the new company gets some of Peru, so one must suspect Colina Dorado and or the other 5? Sure hope the aren't planning on dumping San Juan or any of the properties associated with it!
