One digital copy is not, by its definition, "Serial Copying". LOL! More of David Ray's OPINIONS presented as God Given FACTS! I don't know what the Arkansas Hillbilly Dictionary defines as copying? But, here is what the Kings English defines it. dictionary.reference.com 3 results for: copying 14. to make a copy or copies. LOL!! Your argument has been reduced to semantics You're off the point again, however. That is your POOR OPINION. I suggest you re-visit the FACTS surrounding the suit. Well, I guess when the plantiff describers the action as "Massive Wholesale Infringement", I guess it doesn't matter.. Heck, even the plaintiff describes it as the "new service distributes perfect digital copies. Maybe you can argue your copying/copy semantics with the RIAA And so it goes
