Regarding gold manipulation.....I don't get what you're saying.

It seems to me that if the ECB was manipulating, then sales from there would be higher when the price of gold was rising (to bring it down) and buybacks would occur when the price dropped to a pre-determined level so they could provide support. However, your chart seems to show the opposite.....

Rather than your .97 correlation showing manipulation, it seems more to show how the ECB is the perfect contrarian indicator!
