I'm expecting that as well. However I live in an area of FL that is already built out with little new construction within 30-40 miles of me. We had a lot of work in big ticket items like major kitchen remodel and new roofs that ended a while back.. Real estate transaction volume with it's huge multiplier effect is way down and another big driver taken away. There are suttle changes taking place here beneath the surface but it will be a long unwinding taking 7-10 years IMHO.. I think I would see the recession play out here sooner than the more diversified bubble markets.
