Not true. In the 1800s, it was common to pay a kid to show up at political rallies and claim that he was the illegitimate offspring of the candidate.

No matter what Kerry had done the smearvets would have kept lying because those lies were Bush's entire campaign. Bush could not win on any issues so they went with 100% smears and misleading ads.


I have yet to see anything provided by the SBVT about Kerry that was a lie or misleading....
