Chancels,

EPEX is a great trader and the company has been left for dead.

IMO the problem is that the larger cap E&P stocks need to pick up a little more before the smaller E&P stocks do.

A lot of bargains if you believe NG prices stabilize and start trending back up.

Peak Oil and Rapid Transit.

If we win our bid I will buy a drink for everyone in Big Dog's place. Y'all will need to come to Atlanta later this year to collect.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Background --
My partners and I just submitted a proposal to the local rapid transit agency to develop 1.6 million square feet of residential, retail and office space at one of the rapid rail stations. It would be a $500 million development over 10 years starting circa 2009.
A key part of our proposal was our view of long-term macroeconomic factors, including but not limited to Peak Oil. We even paraphrased a few concepts from BDBBR in our bid. Our premise is that $6/gal gasoline will be inevitable, and energy costs will eventually force both J6P and corporate executives considering office locations to consider transit alternatives such as van pools, express bus and rapid rail.
More later.....
