There is none!!
believe that the cutoff date in December was only for the vote to consent to the deal. Any shares purchased between then and the day before the actual transformation date would be eligible for the split. .

LC - Regarding the NWI spin off. I called the company, they told me stocks purchased before the meeting on January 26 would be eligible for Victory shares.

However, you have to remember the three days brokerages want for settlement. So, I believe to safely qualify for Victory shares, investors better buy either today or tomorrow. That's what Sean over at NWI told me anyways.
