"Which is worse nuke iran offset by nuke unstable arab states or an attempt to denuke the region thru some type of action. "

There are alternatives but the focus would have to shift away from nuking and assassinating. On a global level we all recognize the need to develop energy resources. It is even one of the primary factors contributing to middle east conflict.

If we could form a convention among friends and foe alike to support energy development efforts, it could help to refocus our attention from who deserves to get nuked to death the most to, how can we best support the living.

Which is why I would like to see an effective energy consortium, able to support the development of nuclear energy and alternative energy development world wide, while guaranteeing profitability goes to producers and simultaneously ensuring international security regarding the banned development of nuclear weaponry.

Profitable privatized alternative energy development could go a long way in accomplishing that.
