That would make the Mexicans real happy.

Right now the tortilla basic price shot up to 75cts from 50 cts per Kg within just 6 weeks and a lot of hungry kids down there hate those libs stealing their corn for other purposes.

Next you can imagine what Felipe Calderon's max 60cts price lid will do to the tortilla supply in Mexico City.

Will it? $50 is down from the high. Lower oil prices, leading to lower gasoline prices, tends to increase gasoline use, and gasoline typically contains 10% alcohol in the US since MTBE was phased out. User of higher blends might decrease, but I think the vast majority of ethanol as fuel in the US, is used as part of an E10 mix.
