Yes, absolutely...I am in a business that administers plans implementing Medicare Part D. I don't for a minute deny that it provides a multi-billion dollar to seniors that was not there before. Do I think it is the best designed plan it could be. No. Do I think it is providing drugs to seniors at low or no cost? yes.

My point was that there is NO WAY to pay for this HUGE new entitlement. Want to just give away medical care free on the street corner? Fine....it would be the same thing. If you are going to create a massive new entitlement program, pay for it someway.....please.

Everybody acts like we can just keep issuing debt forever..
