To a bureaucrat, a "loser" is someone who doesn't need them. To the average person that is the definition of a winner.

Bush is dammed if he does and dammed if he doesn't.

The Democrat candidates are advocating Universal Healthcare----whatever that means------they haven't said yet. Does anyone think the Democrats Universal Healthcare won't cost taxpayers, citizens of the USA, money.

Looks like some are being obstructionist in considering and studying the proposal even before it is totally aired.
