The only tin company I have come across lately is PMI, which is looking at opening a tin mine in Portugal.

Quite a bit of Tin comes out of Maylasia, Indonesia, Nigeria and Bolivia from various private companies.

Mount Bischoff is an Australian Tin Miner. There are Chinese companies as well.
