What was Kerry's plan for rising oil prices? Ask/beg/bully Saudi Arabia to increase production. The same Kerry that said America is held hostage by its dependence on foreign oil.

That's just one of many examples of Kerry not being able to make the tough decisions. All talk but no backbone. The only way Kerry could have ever been elected would have been if the presidential elections were held last November, but is that anything to brag about?
