Yes....and I said when you don't have wars to fight, you can make big advances in many things not just military stuff. The specific point was "military stuff", and I pointed out how military advances are often made during and because of war. Then you turned around and said "When I said advances, I meant advances in the environment; advances in education; advances in space exploration etc. I could care less about military". Note you didn't say "not just military stuff", you essentially said "not military stuff, other stuff".
