Only thing you fail to realize is that every EU country is printing like mad right now. No doubt helicopter Ben is leading the pack. I do realize that, i just don't mention it every time i mention the Fed. Real estate prices in Europe are out of control. A small shack in Spain quite a distance from the beach is 300,000 euros up from 100,000 euros few years ago. And somebody just paid $350,000 for 77 sq ft "apartment" in London.
