Harold Ford is a wonderful candidate and steered to the right of center. He was leading Corker by 5% with ten days to go, then the RNC put out a single racist ad which aired only once. Next thing you know, Ford was behind by 8%. A 13% swing for one racist ad. Why you might ask? How could this be? Because deep-down we white people cannot deny we have something deep-seeded which can be called tribalism or racism. The blacks have it to by the way. They almost always vote for their own or cheer for the teams with the most blacks on it. it's human nature. Now could this happen to Obama? You bet it would and already is. Obama may not go to Playboy parties, but he did have a father and stepfather who were Muslims from "AL Qaida countries" and they gave him a Muslim name. Obama also has long associations with Jesse Jackson and maybe a lot more. Has he dated white women? Has he ever shaken hands with Louis Farrakhan or any other Muslim leaders? If so, those photos alone will kill him. because it's all about the 5% in the middle in 5 swing states and those people are white and traditional. Half of them even have voted for GW Bush.
