Probably not. But what else is new? With these new BIG TV Screens, we could see what was said, hear how it was said, see Pelosi's expressions behind Bush, (CHeney's never change...) Plus we could see Kennedy trying to follow the speech, and seemed to be having a hard time concentrating to do it...etc.

One could only wish that GWB spoke like this all the time. He is powerful when he just is himself.

My friend laughed over his way of saying "nuclear", and I said that was OK, that Kennedy never could say "Cuber" either...
