Whether you intended to or not, the statement "the resources could be used more efficiently" conveys a certain attitude. Only in your mind. That attitude suggests the kind of judgmental statements I attributed to you in my last post. It doesn't logically suggest those statements. Some people might be so touchy that anything that goes with in a mile of those statements is seen as conveying them, or worse, but your always going to have some people think in irrational ways.
