(They are a newspaper covering current events... this was not an encyclopedic attempt to cover the entire history of political corruption in America. No doubt, they would have run out of ink trying to do that. :-) By the way --- what about this little article got YOU in such high dungeon? The bill PASSED by a 431-to-0 vote, for God's sake.... If THAT ain't 'bipartisan', then I don't know WHAT IS. :-)
