Everything seems possible to you as long as it puts XMSR in the best light for your purposes. Time will tell what the reality is here, not your opinions.

I don't think there is any doubt that XM and Sirius are seriously considering a merger attempt. There has been far too much speculation about it without either XM or Sirius issuing a press release denying any interest, as is usually the case when merger speculation gets out of hand. Executives of both companies have at the least not denied the potential benefits and some have played up the benefits.

We should know soon. As has been written in many columns, XM and Sirius need to strike quickly while the Republicans are still in charge of the executive branch.
