The current GOP would smear George Washington, because they can't win on any issues. But their smear machine got away with it in 2004, but their lies are now exposed. Everyone knows now who was really weak on defense, it was Bush-Cheney. They have single-handedly done our military more damage than all the terrorists in the world could have, and made us less safe in the process.
