That hasn't been shown to be true. Eh? And considering that most of the major disaster scenarios occur in centuries not years, taking several years or a decade, making only small steps while evaluating the big ones (or starting the big ones very slowly) isn't wasting a lot of time. YEah...particularly relevant point considering bush and conservatives in general start with the premise that it's all a crock of shit.
