Well, you must be happy with the democrats. Its not like I'm automatically against anything the Democrats do, just the majority of it. They effect the industry. Yeah...i can see that by their quarterly earnings reports. The only way to see it in their earnings reports is if you could look at them side by side with earning reports for the same companies in an alternate universe that didn't have the gasoline taxes, but where everything else was the same. "Having a negative effect" on something, doesn't mean reducing that thing. For example corruption exists in the US. Corruption tends to have a negative effect on economic activity. But the US economy has grown quite a lot over the years. The fact that the US economy grows, hardly proves that corruption didn't have a negative effect.
