Thanks for the interesting list, Eplay. I notice that sometimes the risky bets are the most profitable. For example you cite the group of Central Europe, aka Eastern Europe, e.g. Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland etc. In the last six months IEA.vi which I have been touting has risen more than 30%. Its specialty? Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland etc.
And by the way thanks for the tip on U.to. Long live Uranium!

Know what? In Brazil the situation changes very rapidly. Lula made a plan to increase the GNP growth. Put a lot of optimism in the economy. That, in itself, created a feeling in the market and people opened their wallets.

COPOM dropped interest rates only .25% and the level of interest rates seem to be coming to a point where the economy will pick up.
