What you need to show is that non-profit systems can run the same business on any better than that 30%. You might want to consider the emerging problem of governmental workers pension plans to understand where that 30% might just turn into 40%. Look into the matter. Both state and feds have taken to feeding at the public trough to continue generous pension plans, while the private sector has gone through wrenching changes. That is a classic example of how for profit private systems end up being more efficient than non-profit protected enterprises, which are allowed to continue on very non-profitable trajectories well past the point of obviousness.
