My position was Kerry would catch up in 9 months time if Gore didn't run. I was right. But Kerry doesn't like the odds apparently. I never said Kerry would have an easy path to the nomination. In fact I predicted it would be a log jam. But if Al enters that could clear away a lot of logs and make Obama a VP candidate. Which is probably is anyway realistically. Hillary is the one who needs to be stopped. Not because I don't like her, just that we can do better. I want our strongest candidate nominated. Someone who can win over the kind of people who used to support McCain.
