The buy order should be in whatever form you want that will make sense given that you don't know how much you are going to get from selling.

You could do Buy $20 of stock A and put the remaining cash in stock B.

Or, using all available cash put 40% in stock A and 60% in stock B.

Or, whatever format that makes sense given you don't know the total available cash amount.
