Pretty sure that 'Dan Rather' didn't actually create the document he reported on, :-), just like FOX News here did not create the report that they repeated --- it was sourced from 'unnamed sources', people not willing to have their names used, over at Insight Magazine... a mag. owned by the Washington Times, itself owned by the Moonie Church and it's founder.... (Most likely incompetance, being TAKEN IN and HOODWINKED by scammers out for a little bit of dirty politics via way of planted stories, is the common thread between these two incidents.)
