I think all made it very clear that NOK negotitions are **not** going very well. That being the case, would it not be improper to state the dire state of those nogotiations while at the same time closing in on an ERICY type deal?

Secondly, the Q has been adamant against lowering the existing world standard royalty rate--- saying that would trigger MFN clauses.
